Forrester & Boehmert Partnership on 1 April 2012
Forrester & Boehmert was established in 1977, as German British partnership, for representation at the European Patent Office. The Forrester & Boehmert partnership has been very successful for over 30 years. Times, and client requirements, change, however. The partners of Forrester & Boehmert have therefore decided that the time is right to demerge back into the respective national partnerships and to handle representation at the European Patent Office within these partnerships. Therefore, on 1 April 2012, the Forrester & Boehmert partnership will cease to exist.
The demerger will have no practical effect on the service you now receive. On the date of the demerger, Boehmert & Boehmert will assume responsibility also for European patent matters, in addition to all other matters of intellectual property law already handled by our firm. You will have exactly the same expertise and experienced attorneys responsible for your cases, but in a structure that is more appropriate to the present needs of our clients, because it is clearer and more straightforward.
We look forward to continuing to provide you with high standard of service that you currently receive.
