Beck.  This work (1000 pages) covers all areas of intellectual property and the particular problems which arise in relation to the internet in practice.  Our partner, Dr. Volker Schmitz penned §7 “Klassisches” Kennzeichen- und Namensrecht (“Classic” trade mark and name law). 

Our partner Dr. Ludwig Kouker, are authors of the work, "Marque Communautaire", WIPLA 2000, which deals with the EU community trade mark.

Our partner Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar wrote the chapter  "International Exhaustion: The European Dimension" in Mario Franzosi (Ed.), European Community Trade Mark, Commentary to the European Community Regulations, 1997.
