BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has been selected as "Location in the Land of Ideas" for 2009 

On 6 March 2009, our chambers was recognised as a "select location" in the land of ideas for its model contracts for patent exploitation between research and industry. Together with representatives from academia and industry, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT compiled a guide including model contracts for collaborations between industry and research. The prize distinguishes us as the only chambers throughout Germany to have been selected as a "location in the land of ideas" in the national innovation competition "365 locations in the land of ideas".  More...
