Prior art searches and patent evaluation
Is your newly developed product or process actually “new”? Does it justify the investment in a patent application? Or is there an existing publication, predating your own innovation which is identical or very similar, and thus takes priority?
We research and evaluate the relevant prior art, for example in advance of a planned patent application.
In addition, we research and evaluate patents which have been granted and patent applications in respect of a particular technology, in order to ensure that your newly developed product, which you are about to launch, does not infringe the rights of any third parties.
