Patent Law
Patent law has been one of the key areas of activity for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT for many years. Patent attorneys with a broad range of experience, accumulated over many years, work in each of our offices. This is true in respect of the preparation of patent applications as well as advice and consultation in infringement cases and the creation of licensing agreements. We represent our clients at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, the German Federal Patent Court, and the Federal Court of Justice.
Our benchmark for success in our work in the field of patent law is the provision of solutions which meet our client’s specific requirements whilst embracing their economic interests.
Our patent attorneys are experts in natural and engineering sciences such as chemistry/pharmacy, physics, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. For many years, we have been advising in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology as well as semiconductor and software technology.
