Photography
Photographic works are comprehensively protected by copyright law. The photographer can thus not only have control of his economic rights but also assert a claim for infringement of his moral rights as creator of the work in cases, for example where there is a lack of acknowledgement or the photos are distorted. Problems also frequently arise from the content of the photographs, in particular when the agreement of the subject has not been given. As well as photographers, we advise photography agencies, newspapers and magazines, marketing agencies and other media organisations in all aspects of photography law.
