German Patent Attorney, European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney, Partner, Bremen
studied physics at the University of Bremen and obtained his doctorate in process engineering after working for several years as research associate at the University of Bremen. During this time he specialized in laser measuring technology, especially particle measuring techniques.
Prior to taking up his position as patent attorney, Dr. Manasse was head of the measuring technology department of an Erlangen company.
The focus of his work at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT is prosecution, advising on questions of obtaining and defending IP rights, of application strategies and of attacks against property rights. Furthermore, he handles matters concerning employee invention rights as well as licensing contract law. Dr. Manasse is a member of VPP, GRUR, LES, AIPPI and AIPLA.
