Dipl.-Biologe Dr. rer. nat. David Kuttenkeuler
studied molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology at the Universities of Regensburg and Heidelberg. For his PhD, he carried out research at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg, where he developed high-throughput RNA interference screens to identify novel components of the innate immune response. After his graduation, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in Cambridge, UK. There he focused his interest on combined RNA interference and population genetic approaches to study genetic interaction networks in higher multi-cellular organisms. His research was published in numerous journals.
David Kuttenkeuler joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in 2008. His fields of expertise lie in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, cell biology and biotechnology. His work involves advising clients on patent law matters in the life sciences, particularly biotechnology and pharmacology.
