Initially, he founded a law firm of Patent Attorney Dr. Kِhler in Munich and, later on, became a partner of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. He specialized, inter alia, in the fields of medical, hygienic and personal care products and devices, plastics-processing, packaging engineering, machine tools, oil drilling technology; opinions, licensing, infrigement and validity procedures, Trade Marks.
