studied physics at the Humboldt-University of Berlin. As a scholarshipholder of the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Foundation he worked for 1½ years at Argonne National Laboratory (U.S.). From 1995 to 1997 he worked at the Intellectual Property Department of IBM Germany. He practices in many fields of physics and electronics, specializing in information technology, optics and spectroscopy.
