Attorney at Law, admitted at the European Trade Mark Office, Partner, Berlin
studied law at the Universities of Gِttingen and Munich. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the law of copyright regarding photography. For four years he was a research fellow at the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright and Unfair Competition Law, Munich. He has specialized in trade mark, unfair competition and copyright law including electronic media law.
