Attorney at Law, admitted at the European Trade Mark Office, Partner, Munich
studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Heidelberg and Münster and was a scholarship holder at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. His doctoral submission researched legal issues of contract law. His activity within the firm consists of the supervision of international trademark portfolios, in particular leading infringement proceedings in trademark and patent matters including the countering of product piracy.
