Attorney at Law (Germany), admitted at the European Trade Mark Office, Partner, Potsdam
studied law at the universities of Paris-I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), Goettingen and Munich. She obtained her doctorate in private international law from the university of Munich. She specializes in copyright, unfair competition, press and trade mark law as well as in international law. She is also member of the Expert Committee on Industry Property Protection at the Federal Chamber of Lawyers. In this capacity, she participates in copyright related debates with respect to the preparation of the "3rd basket" in the Federal Ministry of Justice.
