Attorney at Law (Germany), admitted at the European Trademark Office, Munich,
studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms- Universität Münster. His doctorate thesis deals with legal issues in relation to unsolicited e-mail advertisements. Before joining BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT he practiced for more than three years as an attorney in the intellectual property and media law department in the Munich office of the international law firm Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz, working on trademark, unfair competition, media and IT law matters.
Since 2009, his work at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has focused on trademark, unfair competition, advertising and procedural law. He is very experienced in drafting contracts in relation to industrial property rights, as well as in conducting due diligence reviews of IP rights within the scope of M&A transactions.
